Sharon and Graham who run Holly Tree House Bed and Breakfast are keen to make your stay at this luxury accommodation as special as possible. They will welcome you with tea and homemade cakes. You can enjoy this either in the garden, your room or in our cosy snug next to the log fire.

From the West
Take the A143 from Bury St Edmunds. At the roundabout junction with the A140 go straight ahead. After 1.3miles turn Right, signposted Billingford Windmill. (the windmill can be seen on your left.) Follow this road to the end then turn left. After 4.1 miles turn left at the junction sign posted Wingfield Green. Follow this road and take 1st right at the Green signposted Weybread and Fressingfield. After 0.9miles Holly Tree House is on the right just after the no speed limit and bend in the road sign.
From the South
Take the A140 from Ipswich heading for Diss. At the roundabout junction with the A143 turn right. After 1.3 miles turn Right, signposted Billingford Windmill. (the windmill can be seen on your left.)
