The Suffolk B&B’s luxurious and comfortable beds are made up with down duvets and crisp white bed linen.
Your accommodation will have access to a snug, cosy lounge to relax in, with a wood burning stove and views over the garden and Waveney valley. You are welcome to relax in the garden with a book or challenge your partner to a game of croquet on the lawn!

Rates are for two people sharing a double/twin room.
Single occupancy is available in the Pope suite at £75 per night
During the months of May to October we are unable to take single night bookings at weekends.
Please arrive between 4 pm and 7pm. If you need to arrive later please telephone to arrange an
alternative time.
Rooms to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.

If you have to cancel your room within 48 hours of your arrival we will charge your first nights stay.
Travel curtailment/cancellation insurance is recommended.
