Wingfield is situated just south of the River Waveney which marks the Norfolk/Suffolk border.
Holly Tree House is situated in the hamlet of Bleach Green just outside the village of Wingfield in North Suffolk.
Taking the road from Wingfield towards the village of Weybread we are on the right hand side a short way past the Old School.
